休息一下! 來一口Cheesecake

這幾天日本女孩教了一道好吃又清爽的Yoghurt Cheesecake,試做之後果然簡單又好吃,因為加了優各,吃起來Cheese味道沒有那麼重。


這種Cheesecake較像在台灣吃到的,跟英國濃厚甜味重的Cheesecake比起來清爽多了,很適合東方人的口味!


以下是材料和做法


材料:
1.200g soft cheese
2.300g (Greek) Yoghurt
3.3 spoons Single Cream
4.70g Sugar
5.2 Eggs
6.3 spoons (25g) Flour
7.1 spoon Lemon Juice


做法:
1.
把優各瀝乾: 日本女孩的做法是把優各放在Kitchen paper上,再置於濾網上放置一天(下面放一個碗接瀝出的水),我的做法是懶得買濾網,所以直接放在過濾豆漿的紗布上,想辦法把布綁在碗上讓水分瀝出,效果好的不得了(可能紗布更難買到)
2.
把所有的材料加在一起調勻。
3.
倒入抹上奶油的烤盤內,放入170度的烤箱內烤約50分鐘即可。


建議烤好後最好放冷再食用,吃起來比較結實口感好,超愛吃這種Homemade的甜食,可能覺得自己做比較健康吧,但事實上甜食還是甜食,吃多了還是會胖的。

Hi Chi:

you can try sour cream instead of using Yoghurt; in that case, you don't need to drain the water out of Yoghurt because the sour cream is quite sticky. just to give you some advise.
