招募社員

凡持有台灣護照，認同本社宗旨並經由兩名現有社員推薦即可。有興趣者可在這裡留言!

台灣英社組織章程 The United Kingdom Formosa Society (UKFS)

英社宗旨
讓「台灣認同」在英國播種、台灣扎根。

英社主張
台灣人民應該擁有自己的國家,其領土範圍涵蓋台、澎、金、馬、及其附屬島嶼,基於民主原則,台灣主權現況的改變須經由全體台灣人民的同意。

英社的工作目標
1.培養、凝聚台灣意識:透過本社會員啟蒙周遭朋友的台灣認同,並鼓勵其加入本社。
2.營造輿論的力量:透過媒體投稿,並選擇與本社理念相同的社會運動、政策,參與或共同連署。
3.推動國民外交:針對有關台灣的議題進行遊說,遊說對象以英國的國會議員與民間團體為主、歐洲非政府組織為輔。

英社組織
1.設社長、執行長各一人,及各分區召集人。

2.社長由社員選出,對外代表本社,對內負責社務運作,並依據發展現況,設立分組及分區,執行長與組長由社長任免。

3.各分區社員選出區域召集人。

4.執行長由社長任免。

5.社長與區域召集人任期一年,得連選連任。

6.會員有權罷免社長,四分之一社員聯署,二分之一社員投票,過半數則通過罷免案,分區召集人推派代表辦理罷免與補選,得於一個月內召開罷免與補選並選出新社長。

7. 組織章程修訂,需經十分之一社員連署,二分之一社員投票,過三分之二通過修改案。

8. 會員大會一年召開至少一次。

社員資格與義務
1.凡認同本社宗旨、持有台灣護照,經由兩名社齡超過一年之社員推薦即可。(2007.01.27起生效)

2. 外國籍社員沒有投票權。

3.大會有權撤銷社籍,十分之一社員連署,社長與各分區召集人投票,過半數則通過撤銷案,社員向分區負責人提出退社形同社籍撤銷。
4.社員有繳交社費的義務,社費由大會決定,社費一但繳交概不退還,逾期一年未社費者視同退社。

(經2010年度社員大會決議，2011年度免繳交社費。所有活動支出由原有社費結餘以及向參與者分擔。)

Thanks a lot! I think music is a practical tool for me. And my research is about trauma and art, too.
Actually I am thinking about organizing a music commemoration of the 60th year of 228 event next year. It will be great if I can find people to help out with this project here!
