今天下午，因事前往行政院大陸委員會，再 次與有關官員談及我正在申請前往其他國家庇護的事情．有關官員再次強調：１，中華民國政府方面不存在對我前往其他國家庇護的事情有攔阻的問題，問題僅僅 是，我提出申請的國家是否真心接受我、並為我辦理有關法律手續，譬如簽證或旅行一類手續的問題；２，如果確有必要，中華民國政府可以給我的申請國出俱必要 的手續，以幫助我前往該國． 我對此表示了感謝．在此紀錄這件事情，是要公開說明： 這就是中華民國政府官方對我申請庇護事宜的一貫立場．作為個人，我切切希望我的申請能夠儘快得到接受國的批准．

This afternoon I went to Mainland Affairs Council of R.O.C and had an interview with the officer of MAC.It is related to apply political asylum in the other country. The officer of MAC kept emphasising:1st, the government of Republic Of China(Taiwan government) would not stop me to do this.The only issue is that the country I apply to go would take care of me sincerely and willing to help me to deal with all legal procedure,such as the visa or traveling arrangement etc. 2nd, if necessary, R.O.C(Taiwan) is wiiling to provide sufficient information to the other country helping me to get the permission. I sacrificed thanksgiving for this and also record this as public statement: This is the consistent standpoint of R.O.C government about me for applying to the other country for political asylum.Personally, I earnestly hope my application could be approved quickly.
