靈魂卡帶

她不是很確定為什麼要買下那捲陳舊的靈魂卡帶。

將靈魂複製成卡帶出售的創作者很多，但這個作者其實半點名氣也沒有。

不過當她把卡帶裝進自己的心匣裡時，卻似乎聽到了什麼。

妳怎麼在聽這麼舊的東西啊？她的朋友問。

沒聽過的作者；朋友將卡帶翻來覆去地檢視：好聽嗎？

好聽嗎？她聳聳肩，不知如何回答。好不好聽，似乎不是重點。

夜裡，她又把舊卡帶放進自己的心匣，讓它緩緩播放。

作者的靈魂聲響粗嘎、久遠，但她可以在那個聲音的核心，聽到一種溫柔。

接著，她發現自己的靈魂，也悄悄地唱和起來。

Not quite understand this, but it's very interesting! Cassettes of "soul"? By the way I finally find one CD "The Essential Leonard Cohen" at Target today, still keep looking for "Ten New Songs". Like all of his songs, a very good song writer with a special voice.......wow, his first album was published in 1967!? Don't think you're born then?

Actually I went to Los Angeles before Moon Festival, that's how we had some moon cakes. My friend's mother bought two boxes of "Chi Hwa" even I don't like any cakes (or deserts, drink my coffee black, you know). But I now live in foreign country, miss my home badly! Also I appreciate that you call "uncle" Cohen and he probably is older than me too, but, may be few years older than me. Listening to his song, feel like possessed by his lyrics, lucky me, inside the case, there're 3 CDs, No.3 does have a few new songs: "By The Rivers Dark"(2001) & "The Letters"(2004), replay "The Letters" so often, like it so much!

俺也不愛甜食，不過月餅總得消耗
最近還是常吃
Cohen 在《I'm Your Man》專輯之後
風格與先前大不相同
不過俺覺得後期的曲子更有他的特色
當然，嗓音更低了也是令人欣賞的原因啊
