Why do you like it this way?

I really can't understand some people's working style...

Why do they like to put things in a more complicated way? Why do they enjoy arguing on every single matter?? Why do they let things develop into such stage???

Can't we just discuss in peace and cooperate with each other? Don't you wanna make the operation smoother??

I can't work with them... dunno how much longer I can hang on...
