[觀點]智慧財產難道非黑即白
黑白界線分明，是一件好事嗎？
如同大多數人一樣，我是個電腦的重度使用者，從以前學習電腦開始，接觸「大補帖」、「盜版」的機會就沒停過，尤其近年來學習網頁製作。
上個星期學校有金革的業務人員來推銷輕音樂，如同過去幾次經驗一樣，我又敗了。下班的時候碰到同事，居然直接就要我借他一片回家燒。我當下半開玩笑的說不行，接著轉移話題，過沒多久他又問了一次，我仍是打馬虎眼，我想他可能覺得我很小氣。
我知道我不是自命清高，我也沒有這樣的本錢。近年來要說台灣是盜版王國，我自然也無法置身事外。正版的擁戴者說得好：儘管你有一千個理由，用盜版就是不對。我同意，我非常同意，所以我無法義正辭嚴的指責同事的心態。但是我非常清楚我自己的底線，就算做了不對的事，我也不會繼續把這樣的情況散播下去。更不會到處去炫耀我有哪些盜版可以燒給大家。
近年來我總是抱著能少用就少用的心態，在PDA的軟體方面我是全數都用購買的方式，關於真正用心且感興趣的音樂，我也必然大力支持。雖然不求能夠減輕一點點的錯，但我相信「適可而止」。難道已經錯了，一錯再錯就無所謂了嗎？難道一個殺人犯應該一旦殺了一個人，大開殺戒就無所謂了？
我那個七十年次的老弟也是，總是說：「你還花錢買喔？去某某網站下載就行啦。」不管別人怎麼說，我覺得這比我惡劣。如果黑白界線太過分明，就會有這種「撩下去」的心態。除非你是百分之百的正版支持者，不然用一片盜版跟用一千片盜版都一樣？我覺得我身邊很多人都因此而「看開」了！只有我還傻傻的看不開。
總之，金革的音樂很棒，我聽得很舒服，也願意花錢買。別人怎麼說我都是不會借他燒的啦！世間的黑白太難說，想多了徒殺死腦細胞而已。
