[心情]Thanks God It`s Friday
真的是超輕鬆的，總算，星期五了。
由於下個星期孩子們要期中考了，所以理當進入緊鑼密鼓的複習階段，但由於我上課廢話實在太多，課程的進度沒有好好的規劃，所以這個星期等於是趕課和複習一起來。
每天就是不斷的上課、考試和改作業，由於進度的關係，作業的確積欠了相當的數量沒有出，所以我心裡面其實覺得有些對不起孩子。這個星期他們晚上除了補習、寫作業之外，也必須要唸書。雖然這樣緊湊的生活並沒有太Over（我們班的作業和考試的量一向比別班來得少），不過因為孩子們已經習慣了安逸的生活，我猜這個星期有些孩子其實是睡眠不足的來到學校。
很忙，代表的另外一個意義就是：沒時間做其它的事情。我覺得這是自己很失敗的一點，因為懂得時間規劃的人是不會把生活和工作搞得這麼狼狽的。這個禮拜除了所有班級該配合的行政工作全數擱置之外（我是很敢的，說擱置就擱置，絕對不會三心二意）連班級經營的時間也花得很少，看到別班的孩子在畢業前陸陸續續有很多脫軌的動作，就覺得不該一直心存僥倖，不行啦……下個禮拜要先整頓一下再說。
我覺得老師這行工作的精神壓力真的不輕，所以依靠正確的時間管理讓腦袋淨空是很重要的，當然，對工作是要認真，但同時也該想想如何放自己一馬，像我們學年的同事每天四點送走小朋友以後，常常忙到五點四十才走（因為學校保全要設定），真的有那麼多事情好忙嗎？其實就是一直想著把事情做好、把事情做完，其實根本就沒有所有事情都做好做完的一天。
無論如何，盡力工作，也要放鬆自己才行。
