[觀點]到底要討好孩子到什麼程度？
在教育界，有的事情無關乎專業，而是良心。
自從上次我出題的事件之後，學年裡面就充滿了風聲鶴唳的氣氛。學校裡的教務開始審題，這一次，輪到另外一位同事出題，聽說今天教務就針對題目找他過去聊一聊。
說的內容我不打算重複了。簡單來講就是處處為孩子著想，比如說靈活的題目希望可以配分高一點，以免孩子辛苦算出來卻只有兩分。（我說大主任啊……配分高一點不是代表算錯損失更多？）另外題目太多了，要求能夠刪個三分之一（他以為題目少一點孩子就能夠考得很好嗎？說真的，以現在多數孩子不用功又粗心的個性，恐怕不會改善）。
我其實覺得有點老套了，這種事情不斷上演著。行政人員為了自己的宦途不斷表達強烈的希望，企盼老師配合一點，不要凸顯孩子學習低落的問題。當然，還有六十多天畢業以後，到了國中只怕更加慘烈。但是So What!!只要孩子在我們學校的時候家長不要來告、不要來煩他們就好了。
所以題目不能夠具備鑑別度，因為行政人員永遠都用成敗論英雄，甚至他們在跟老師溝通題目的時候，根本就沒有去研究教材。什麼叫做難？什麼叫做簡單？行政總是以「家長會不會來學校找麻煩」作為考量的指標。
這次我們學校有個社團「出國比賽」了，到日本去表演。不過聽說演出雖然精彩，私底下的常規表現更「傲人」，不論是在旅館或機場大呼小叫，或是到了遊樂園搞失蹤，甚至對師長也沒大沒小。我常認為我們現在的教育談開放，其實走的路線就是不斷迎合學生，結果呢？更加眼高手低、更加能力低落的一代出來了。坐在學校高位的人不是看不見，而是不斷掩蓋孩子的缺點。我自認是個表現不盡理想的教育工作者，但我確實為了孩子真正的好在努力著。雖然我們班地板很髒、上課也愛講話，但是在這種老師什麼籌碼都沒有的情況下，我可以驕傲的說不論是智育的學習或是品行的輔導，我真的很盡力了。
有時候覺得今天在教育界居然是這些好大喜公、泯滅良心的人在打擊基層的士氣，想起來就覺得很不甘。我們的下一代？願上天保佑他們！！

上學期某次段考由我出題，而這也是我生平第一次出考題，我完全沒有經驗，到各學校的網站去蒐集了很多的相關題目，為的只是出一份不會被批的很慘的試卷，因為我是新老師，所以一開始最好皆大歡喜，試題出完了，我拿給一位資深老師想請他幫我看看，但他說不方便，也說了一句我覺得很有道理的話，他說：「你是出題老師，決定權在你自己。」所以我就這樣送出了我的考卷，那一次大家都考的很好。
這學期的第一次段考又是我出題，這次我有經驗了，所以比較沒有那麼緊張，想出什麼題目就出什麼題目，反正出題老師最大。
我出題不會去討好學生，但是我不會特別去刁難學生，因為對我對學生都沒有好處。
我想我會慢慢修正我的出題方式，漸漸朝向有水準的題目。

其實我也是，不討好學生，不刁難學生。
我出題一定會有相當比例的「白痴題」，完全不用轉彎的基本題，照顧用功但是腦袋不太靈光的學生。我覺得，這種題目是必須的，但是應該出多少比例，是很主觀的事情。雖然教學評量可能有所陳述，但理論的東西只是參考，實際做起來還是有很多複雜的因素。
不過我們校長說要讓普通的學生都能達到九十分，其實這是削弱真正用功學生學習動機的作法，我很不認同。

多元評量、多元評量，到最後，學校還是傾向紙筆測驗，什麼時候紙筆測驗只是評量的一部分，我們的教育才能擺脫〈背多分〉的魔咒！
