[觀點]你會選擇做那一種人?
堅定的立場，才會快樂。
前兩天，同事Rebecca和我聊起同事間相處的問題，我們經常在這方面交換意見，由於也是大學的同班同學，所以有相當程度的熟稔，對於心裡面的想法，我通常會比較不保留的表達。
「像你上次出題的事情……」Rebecca又提到我一戰成名的事情（這件事真是讓我黑到發亮）「學期末輪到我了，我一定會出很簡單。」
其實，我也曾經有很強的念頭，出一張大家都能夠考95分以上的題目，而對於Rebecca來說，試卷應該有鑑別度，他也十分認同，只能說，我們最後做了不一樣的選擇。
「一旦試卷決定了，所有的同事都必須和你共同承擔後果，家長可能會抱怨，學校行政可能會像上次一樣指責你和大家。」我覺得：Rebecca說得很對，這樣的為難，也同樣出現在我出題的那幾天，我很明白，以當下小孩子的程度，兩全其美只是一個不切實際的空想，他們甚至連課本、習作的題目都不熟練，每次出題老師都希望大多數人的分數落在80分到90分之間，也都很用心去找他們必然會寫的題目，然而，成績一定會讓人大失所望，一定會有10分到30分的落差，這是很無奈的事情。
選擇了堅持個人的價值觀，朋友們就必須承受一些壓力。
我告訴Rebecca，我支持她的作法。這是真的，因為我認為人能夠有堅定的立場，才能不憂不惑，才會快樂。所以我常常提醒自己，如果心中已經有了答案，就不要猶豫。我可以自詡出題十分的嚴謹，我很認真在面對我的工作，但我不求討好全部的人，我會做我認為該做的。
同事們，我就只能說聲抱歉了，這是我的選擇。
