[心情]抗老化？運動啦!!

有很長一陣子沒運動了，這樣真的不行。

在學校接到老弟的電話，馬上飛奔回家換上運動服裝，心想真的要好好運動了。有了這樣的想法之後，我靈機一動：「不如用跑的去球場吧!!」於是我開始慢跑，沒想到……才跑了大約五十公尺就有點上氣不接下氣的感覺。

人啦!!當你不想做一件事情的時候，總是可以找一萬個藉口。但是真的想做一件事情，只要夠衝動就可以了。

記得兩個和尚相約去南海的故事嗎？常常覺得自己就好像那個無法起而行的和尚，早早就下定決心要利用下班後好好的運動，卻總是用許許多多的理由來說服自己明天再開始：這陣子太忙了、等一下可能會下雨、找不到體育服裝、把簿子改完再說吧!!有一天我突然驚醒，我居然是把身體健康擺在這麼後面的位置。

到了球場，練球練了幾下就有年輕小伙子過來鬥牛。這次重新出山幸好首場碰到的是個挺嫩的對手，雖然贏了球，但是突然發現切入完全沒有速度感了，有的時候就算到了籃下拔起來，卻常常會軟腳。看來，不下定決心好好運動真的是不行了。

腿好痠，明天一定「拆腿」的啦!!
