蔓越苺潘趣酒 Cranberry-Vodka Punch
感恩節快要到了. 感恩節的由來, 很多人大概不曉得. 只知道要吃火雞大餐. 老實說, 我以前也不是很清楚, 後來聽了美國人的解釋才明白為什麼要吃火雞大餐, 要吃蔓越苺.

感恩節的故事, 網路上到處都查的到, 甚至是電視頻道 History Channel 也有, 這篇文章就不多敘述了. 今天要講的是應景的飲料 - 利用蔓越苺 cranberry (現在正是產季 )和伏特加做成的 "潘趣酒 Punch".
材料
------
冷的蔓越苺果汁雞尾酒 4 杯
冷的柳橙汁 2 杯
伏特加 2 杯
糖 2 大匙
橘子口味的利口酒 2 大匙
肉桂粉 1/2 茶匙
多香果粉 allspice 1/4 茶匙
肉豆蔻粉 1/8 茶匙
做法
------
將這八種材料均勻混合, 放在冰箱中至少 2 個小時以上即可. 可將新鮮柳橙切片, 做為飲料的裝飾.

Ingredients:
4 cups chilled Cranberry Juice Cocktail
2 cups chilled Orange Juice
2 cups Vodka
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
1/2 tea spoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tea spoon Ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Ice cubes
2 Oranges, thinkly sliced
Mix first 8 ingredients in large glass pitcher. Stir until well blended. Regrigerate 2 hours (or make the juice 1 day ahead).
Fill 8 tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour punch over. Garnish each glass with orange slice and serve.
