把錢還來 - Dear Broadgate Park, I need CASHBACK please
我今天終於完成了這個
一封要錢的信
在就是擱在那不想處理的心情下
一拖就是兩個月
這一拖 從人在英國拖到回台灣
這一拖 我也不知道錢是否還要得回來
To Whom It May Concern
I am a 2007-08 student of Nottingham University, who had lived in Flat 11/8, Alders, Broadgate Park from Sep 2007 to Sep 2008. Due to my longer stay in the UK, I just come back Taiwan and get the refund from your company. However there must be something wrong in regard to the amount (£84.12) and items (see below) on the statement attached with the letter you posted to my hometown.
Firstly, I had never asked for replacement of my operator chair and I am sure it was in good condition when I was moving out on 13 Sep. A clear picture (IMG_7131) photographed on 13 Sep by myself can prove the condition of my room and the chair before my moving out. The chair was absolutely in good condition as shown on the photo. Thus, the amount of £65.00 had been wrongfully charged.
Secondly, as to the alleged stained mattress, it was also shown in good condition on the same photo (IMG_7131). On this ground, £90.00 had been wrongfully charged in regard to the mattress.
Thirdly, I had returned the key with the swipecard in even exactly the same little resealable plastic pocket which I got on the first day I moved into Broadgate Park. When returning it, I was definitely sure that I signed the form and saw your staff ticked on the form. Please check your record. The amount of £5.00 should not have been charged.
Therefore, except for the damage for communal area (£5.88), which I don't think it was my fault either, I am not obliged to pay what you had claimed on the statement. I am entitled to claim and now claiming £160 (£65.00+£90.00+£5.00) which had been wrongfully detained by you.
At last, what I have to seriously state is that your hasty examination of the rooms and the greedy attitude of gaining petty advantages from your student customers may have already made my originally pleasant experience of staying at Broadgate Park UNPLEASANT.

還CC給一大堆人
比如說 學校的相關單位 Broadgate Park的上級單位
下面的只是 email
明天我還會印出來
簽上大名 然後去郵局用雙掛號寄出去
我一邊讀著剛剛發的第一版
才發現我應該把實際要請求的金額寫上才對
根據我的算法 我被汙走的錢足足有160磅
以下就是我的討債信

其實這一篇裡有些語氣和用字 我也不是很滿意 但這已經花了我一晚上 找照片 和 對帳單 實在沒有力氣在耗在上面了
160磅並不是小數目
但這是屬於之前那篇衰神附身的後續報導
相較於那時候的其他事 也許破財對那時的我來說真的只是小事
所以才會拖到其他事差不多都搞定了
才輪到它
這錢能不能拿回來 就隨緣吧
說不定2009的農曆新年 我會有來自英國的紅包

我為何要寫這一篇
因為 我想把不爽寫出來
接下來 我要看的是 他們會用甚麼態度處理
假如有人不小心從孤狗大神那跑來 看到這一篇
那我除了討債之外的另一個的目的就達到了

我也曾被英國佬坑錢
話說當時我請網路公司幫我叫fedex快遞包裹
結果說好了一百多磅的郵資
卻硬生生地被fedex多收了三百多磅
氣不過的我硬是要讓fedex知道台灣人的厲害
我每天上線跟網路公司的人查進度
還寫信給fedex要他說清楚講明白
最後我認為最有用的ㄧ招事
我找英國朋友幫忙打電話
總之就是煩他們到吐錢還人
當然前提是要有足夠的證據
希望你能拿到這個大紅包:)
