IKEA不僅只有賣傢俱，他們早再1997年的瑞典就推出第一個公寓式住宅，由裡到外幾乎都是IKEA的產品，他們有個專門的名稱叫做「BOKLOK」唸起來就像是「Book-Look」。而BOKLOK的目的希望提供一個高品質而低成本的住宅給每一個人，並且都享有好的設計產品，這其中不僅有社區規劃、短期承租甚至有Villa當作度假使用，只可惜現在這項服務只有在歐洲特定幾個國家才有：瑞典、芬蘭、丹麥、挪威及英國。

The BOKLOK Concept
BoKlok offers good housing at a low cost for just about everyone. The homes are of a high quality with good design. BoKlok homes are unique, both in form and function. They are smart homes, adapted to the day-to-day needs of the modern family. Open spaces with spaciously light interiors and high ceilings are our signature. So are well planned, small-scale residential areas where you know your neighbours and feel safe and secure.

BOKLOK Products
BoKlok apartment buildings look more like residential houses than anything else, surrounded by lawns, fruit trees and bushes. The apartments feature open plan solutions with high ceilings and large windows offering light and spaciousness.
Villa BoKlok has a modern design with two facade variations. The 92 square metre ground level has open plan design with a separate sleeping area and three bedrooms. The upper level interior is unfinished.
