To increase the output of domestic cartoons, 15 animation bases have been established, as well as animation departments in 447 universities, and professional training for cartoonists in 1,230 universities. By the end of 2005, 466,000 students were enrolled in animation classes.

對岸人數眾多，我認為過幾代之後，電影的工業將轉向為大陸為主。因為他們在所謂電影工業培育人才上不斷上升，當經濟體規模達成後，文化與生活水平也會一直上升，屆時人們就會開始要求生活品質與設計。

由上述擷取的內容看來，他們不斷增加國產的影片，擁有動畫類科系的大學有447所之多，專門訓練卡通漫畫家的科系有1230間大學，而到了2005年底左右，將會有46萬6千多個學生投入在動畫這塊市場。
