3DsMax Rendering in 7 minute

時間就是金錢。這次的圖沒有使用任何的外掛系統,渲染器也是使用預設的 "掃描線" 形式,材質、燈光以至於模型也都是使用3Ds Max的基本系統。
我認為,初學者在學習3DsMax的過程中很容易被誤導,因為MAX的外掛支援許多,加上最近仿間的教學書籍隨處可見,又以對岸為首,雖然外掛剛開始使用的時候,可以在短時間達到不錯的效果,但這種方式的學習卻是本末倒置。
學習3DsMax基本四大項,以室內、景觀建築舉例:
(1) 模型
(2) 燈光
(3) 材質
(4) 渲染
每一個項目都有不同的建構方式與心法,換言之,以上四項有各自的技術與理論,兩項( 技術與理論 )相輔相成缺一不可;這關乎軟體操作的深度與廣度,深度在於,由「匠」中學「藝」,而廣度由「藝」發展其「心」,心可稱之為「意念」。因此,了解各項技術的特性最後再由心( 意念 )去主導,這就是學習3D設計的目的。滑鼠只是我其中的一支筆罷了!
Time is money. I had not used any plug-in and I used default rendering engine "Scanline Renderer". Textures, lighting and modeling are default parameter, too.
I consider that so mamy beginner was be confused because there were many plus-in supporting 3Ds Max. Especially, there were many computer boooks teaching the plus-in around from China author. Although, the begnning used plus-in what you have had feel good and easy, but that is a trap. Because you will not to go into whys and wherefores at basic research.
Example, at interior, land space and architectural design in 3Ds MAx, you have four important items need to attention:
Step 1, Modeling
Step 2, Lighting
Step 3, Texture
Step 4, Rendering
Important of the basic skill. Technique and research are both important, but more important is your idea and innovation. Do not forget which you are a designer and not a artisan. The computer 's mouse just is another brush for me.
