Hinsichtlich der Funktionsumsetzung des militären
Futenmaflughafen fällt ein Streit zwischen Japan
und VSA vor. Nach dem überwältigenden Sieg an der
allgemeinen Wahl, bekam die demokratische Partei
die Macht, um seine Politik entsprechend seines
Manifestos zu verwirklichen. Betreffs des sozusagen
Okinawaproblemes bautet sie ein Vorhaben im
Manifesto auf, aber meines Erachtens, es war nur

Die Minister sprachen die bunten Meinungen aus und
der Umstand ist fern der völligen Lösung. Der
amerikanische Sekretär von Verteidigung besuchte
Japan und fordertete den Vollzug des Umsetzungs-
abkommens an. Aber der Ministerpräsident macht
nur die Mitteilung "Wir würdigen den Willen des Volks
in Okinawa" anstatt der entschlossenen Richtung.

Das Abkommen redet aus, daß vorbehaltlich der
Besetzung zur Henokogegende, die Amerika den
Futenmalufthafen zurückgeben soll. Wenn diese
Bedingung nicht vollständig vollzogen wird, dauert
der jetzige Umstand fort, d.h. ein geräumiger und
weitläufiger militärer Lufthafen bleibt inmitten
einer Stadt zu sein（＠ｗ荒

Die Umstände richten auf eine Richtung zuungunsten
der Fortsetzung und Stabilizierung des militären
Bundes zwischen Japan und VSA.

Ich schlage vor, den Flughafen zu den Senkakuinseln,
umzusetzen, weil der Wachhund an der Stelle sein
soll, wo ein Dieb hineinkommen mag（＠ｗぷ
