scabrous therefore it needs subtle and
meticulous treatment, but the unexpected
emergence of the "revolutionary" new Japanese
government causes new entanglement.

If they sell US Treasury Bonds so as to obtain
financial sources for payment of the vast amount
of obligations and disbursement of the items
necessary for the satisfaction of their political
promises stipulated in the manifesto, how could
the US Treasury find out the pertinent financial
