年夜飯

烏魚子肝腸配leek,滷雞腿加滷蛋,湯匙菜(青江菜,英國人稱白菜的便是,他們分不出湯匙菜與小白菜白菜,全叫白菜,至於大白菜,他們叫中國葉),豆豉蒸鱈魚肩,海帶味噌湯,本人手工菜頭糕。
一家四口,吃完(也不是,有留一點點湯,來個年年有餘)。

這頓年夜飯看起來真的很澎湃!!
昨晚透過Eric拜年電話和Timo學長聊天,吸收了很多在英國作家鄉菜的要領,謝謝學長的熱心指導!
