今天，Doctor Who本季最後一集，（雖然David Tennant演的The Doctor已經算是前前後後多任裡最帥的一個，這兩三集還有Captain Jack John Barrowman 和把Master演到出汁的John Simm，根本是英國最帥的三個男人同台演出，真是帥成一團啊！）電視裡傳來Muse的無敵（Invincible），英國電視的配樂常常是很點題的，在這種時候聽到另外三個帥哥在唱〔Cause there's no one like you in the universe......〕真是全對的選樂，但聽著聽著，反而又讓我想起這兩天發生的大事情。

從網路知道蘇建和案的判決結果，真是讓人生氣。每次出什麼事，常就聽到藍的說法院是綠的開的，不然就是聽到綠的說法院是藍的開的。藍綠？台灣的司法也許從來不是藍綠的問題。蘇建和案的結果告訴我們，法院是法官開的，第一個法官要你死，之後一百個法官都不敢說同仁判錯，即使已經修了法，即使是，只有衣櫃後找出來的二十四塊銅板加上一頓好刑來的自白書，即使是......
