在國外，三星級的餐廳就已的餐廳經非常不錯了，四星級的餐廳已經
非常高級，五星級的餐廳可遇不可求，想求也得看你有沒有那個本事
和＄＄。
不知道什麼時候開始，台灣一堆打著平價的六星級飯店冒出來，七星
級的飯店也在新聞上出現過，終於在去年，我聽到了八星級的旅館。
我不知道該怎麼判斷，反正我也沒錢沒閒去晃，只是我一直懷疑這八
星級的旅館真的是四星級的兩倍嗎？別說兩倍，有四星級的水準嗎？
突然想起了個笑話，當年軍閥割據的時代，有個山東的軍閥看到部隊
裡面在比籃球，旁邊的人就解釋說這是國外最流行的運動。這軍閥勃
然大怒道：他媽的十個人搶一個球成何體統？我他媽的又不是沒錢！
於是一個人發一顆球，十個人十個籃球在場上打球。
十顆球在場上，精彩度應該是他媽的十倍吧！
中國人的數學自古以來就是非常強的，化繁為簡的功力應該是全世界
都比不上的，比如說井田制度....井田制度跟數學有啥關係啦？所以
我說，好的老師帶你上天堂，有良心的老師陪打任天堂；爛的老師當
人外加擋，沒良心的老師教書教上床。井田制度就是賦稅 1/9，方便
好算免稱斤不用量。周公制禮作樂，可別以為他只會陪人下棋。
誰知道中國人數學這麼強，數字觀念超一流，卻老是搞些沒用的數字
遊戲。幾星級是一種，還有一種營養午餐單位....啥是營養午餐單位？
這也很簡單，每人每年5000元。每當有什麼錢編列預算記者不爽時，
營養午餐單位就出現了。如果一項工程1000萬，記者就會說這項工程
浪費人民的血汗錢，這些錢可以供應2000人一年份的營養午餐；至於
珍奶救軍購也有異曲同工之妙，可是大家這時卻說國防部分明是要珍
奶店去死....
也因為中國人的數字感太強了，什麼都要玩數字，也冒出了大學生天
天喝咖啡，畢業少人一百萬這種奇怪的說法。四年一百萬是小事情哩，
政府天天喊Ｏ年Ｏ百億，啊這數字後面到底是什麼東西誰知道呀！不
過這可以證明玩數字是全民運動，徹底把數大便是美的精神奉為圭臬。
徐志摩若地下有知，必定痛哭流涕！
中國人什麼都要第一，什麼都要破紀錄，有了錢之後更是如此。要怎
麼拿第一，怎麼破紀錄呢？對！如你所想，在數字上搞把戲嘛！於是
吹陶笛、放風箏、拔河....好像賽豬公一樣看誰養的比較肥。一項又
一項的世界紀錄，有用嗎？
有錢沒素養的人就會搞世界第一，有錢卻自卑的國家專門搞世界第一。
我們總嘲笑日本迪士尼樂園，雖號稱全球最大，卻是把超大型停車場
算進去的結果。台灣也搞了一堆第一高的大樓，卻更顯財大氣粗，整
天搞著表面的東西，實質部份又做了多少？
接下來換對岸了，以前曾聽過有個財主請鄉民用木棒鐵條把自己的賓
士車砸爛，因為他說車子一天到晚故障。但廠商說，車主使用地下不
良油品才會造成車子故障。
太浪費了，那輛車再怎麼不濟也夠 200個小朋友一年份的營養午餐....

越南要求台灣停止在太平島興建跑道
法新社 簡長盛】
（法新社河內三十日電） 越南外交部今天說，越南已要求台灣立
即停止在南沙群島的太平島興建跑道，並且說，此舉侵犯越南主權。
越南外交部發言人黎勇說：「台灣將必須為這項行動的後果負起完
全的責任。」
越南外交部並未說明，它何時得知台灣在太平島興建跑道。
黎勇形容興建跑道「嚴重侵犯越南主權」，並且說，此舉將對這
個地區的和平、穩定和加強合作的趨勢造成負面的影響。

PHP 軟體多項重大漏洞通知
內容說明
PHP (Pre-Hypertext Preprocessor) 是一種腳本編程語言，主要用於Web伺服器的伺服器端應用程式，設計動態網頁。PHP 軟體日前被發現存在數個漏洞，這些漏洞可被惡意使用者用來進行 Cross-Site Scripting、SQL Injection 攻擊，或是突破安全管制機制、甚至造成系統被入侵。PHP這些弱點分別出現在不同的函式庫中，分別有"GLOBALS" array未做好適當保護、"parse_str()"與"phpinfo()" 等 函式有錯誤，其中較為嚴重的是PCRE函式庫中含有緩衝區溢滿的問題，這項弱點可能會遭受遠端執行程式碼的攻擊。
這些漏洞存在於 PHP 5 的 5.0.5及其之前之版本、PHP 4 的 4.4.0及其之前之版本。
技服中心強烈呼籲使用 PHP 軟體的各單位應儘速升級至最新版本，且持續注意軟體更新。
