92139 Honda Civic SiR (EG6) Drift Spec is relased in Dec 19, 2008, and a special item in the OSAKA Plastic Model Show. This item is not listed in Tamiya RC catalog or website.
These special sale items are not exactly the "SPOT" item with a 9-prefixed series number, as they are released in special occasions such as show or events, you wont find them in stores.
One of the famous cases was Hilux body shell, twice released in Tokyo and Osaka 2007 as an event item, 7,000 yen plus tax, I was about to buy a flight ticket to Osaka only for that shell. But it turned out to be a marketing game for the upcoming 3 speeder next to F350. That shell soared up to 23,000~31,000 yen in local auction site, but collapsed after the new Hilux released. 2008年大阪塑膠模型展會場中的特販商品，對喜美迷來說應該是必搜商品，當時買不到現在滿街跑。 CHAMP賣9500，日拍11200，網路商店11500~16500都有。這一種特販車比所謂spot item還要少量，也不會在田宮目錄中出現，我記得以前有有過幾台或是限日本市場，或是限外銷，或是由Carson/Dickie專賣，反正名堂多的不得了，要是沒頭沒腦誤信讒言通通收下就算當了冤大頭。不過這一台很漂亮，買來甩甩可能很好玩... 最有名的一次特販就是2007年在東京及大阪兩次的山大王Mountaineer車殼特賣，我都差一點買機票去日本搶了。搶到的人便在網路上待價而沽，從23000~31000日幣都有，不過後來證明這不過是田宮行銷手法，目的是後面上市的Hilux，網路價格一夕崩盤，罵不絕口。當年就有一件喜美車殼特販品。 參考這裡吧 Hilux and repro Mounty? 田宮搞什麼東東 |
