I bought a set of RC Channel's XC metal upgrade kit before Chinese New Year (Feb 5) but really sluggish to build it....however I promised to feed back the practice to some fellow co-buyers, I better-off start the building with this image first

答應了一班朋友要報告安裝RC Channel新產品的經過，可是拖了了不少時日，人總有一大堆理由，特別方便的藉口就是"最近很忙"....不過答應了就是答應了，先用這張照片提醒自己一下，可沒理由脫下去了...oh sorry, 是拖下去了...><

The 1st part, of course, is the metal axle made by zinc based alloy. I noticed that the finish is different from early porduction of F350 wide, it's the "vibration finish", you'll see micro "dents" on the surface.

第一部份當然就是一大支金屬LP，以前以為是鋁合金壓鑄的，後來才知道原來是鋅合金，因此比鋁合金重? 下一次要拿塑膠軸來比一比看看重多少才行。外殼是振動處理，我覺得完成度不錯，維持一貫水準

The 2nd part are the suspension, including lower and camber arms, hub carriers and ront uprights, also included a scale look (drum brake) wheel hum and drive shaft. Also made by zinc alloy.

第二部份是懸吊組件，包括上下擺臂、C座、轉向座、像真輪座以及傳動接杯，都已經部份組合。

The 3rd part including the underguard and 2 rods made with aluminum. I assume the plant under guard a little bit simple by die-cutting from a alu. plate, which lacks of some "originalty"...maybe a pressed mark?

第三部份包括下防護板以及四點懸吊用的連桿兩支。我覺得那塊2mm板子有一點"普通"，雖然實用性沒問題，不過就缺那一點創意或加工，只是自鋁板上直接軋型出來，有點乏味就是了。

I can't help to polish the parts...I was wondering if the "vibration" treated surface was not easy to polished but it's not, it worked shinningly

我就是很難拒絕拋光的衝動，本來以為振動處理的表面不好拋光，不過一試之下照樣金嚇嚇，左圖是合照。

You should also prepare a clean and soft piece of cotton fabric (T shirt) to clean and polish

拋光的工具包括了Dremel電動鑽以及拋光組件，青土和Brasso銅油，同時還要有一塊棉布來推銅油與清潔
