       Having been thinking about putting up a post on our blog in a while, but as you know, I’m actually kinda pressed for time during the final exam period. However, I have been constantly experiencing an endless flow of thoughts coming out of my head, it’s just that I really need to unwind myself a bit and get down to some serious writing.

Tonight is totally fabulous! It’s way beyond any adjectives that I can come up with to describe a feeling like this. Dr. Lien really has a way of having us get on a ride along with him to Western Africa. An event like this is awesome!

        From his talk and sharing, all I could get from him is a just a simple yet complicated idea. Time and time again as mentioned before, we are not going there to HELP or contribute anything to the Malawian nation. On the contrary, we’re making this trip happen to realize a dream. What kind of dream could it be? I kept asking myself but so far I haven’t really come to any resolution yet.

        But from what I heard from Dr. Lien, I got the answer. Yes, we are, no doubt, going to do something different, both for them and for us. For whatever it is worth, we are going to make a difference, even though it might not be something big. But who cares? There’s no such a definition as to decide what is more valuable in terms of all kinds of endeavors and maneuvers that we’re gonna make.

        We’re about to kick off the trip, and I can’t wait to enjoy a wonderful ride with all of you guys. Ever since the moment we’re informed of the acceptance by the school, I believe we are all set to try out something new. Though right at the moment we are not sure of what is in store for us, well, for me I figure the best way to make the fullest use out of this trip is simply open our arms and welcome everything or person into our hearts.

        Just as what Dr. Lien has said before, everybody has his/her own destiny. I understand that there might be a lot of obstacles along the journey, but fear not, for we believe in miracles.
