Double 10, 2007 trip

On Taiwan's National Day; Wednesday 10th October Church members, including international students from Tainan Theological College and Seminary took a day trip to Chijin Island and Shizewan in Kaohsiung.  Here are some photos of the group and activities during the day.

The first visit was to the Seamen's and Fishermen's Mission where CWM missionary Zaidarh Zauva introduced us to the work.  He was accompanied by his daughter, Grace.

On Chijin we enjoyed a big meal of seafood and visited the Chang Kai Shek "Temple" and the ferry port.

Returning to the mainland we went to the Former British Consulate building at Takao before returning to Tainan in the evening.
