這本書的作者以戲謔幽默的筆觸，將搖滾樂不為所知的野史及各種光怪陸離的內幕消息娓娓道出，譯者何穎怡譯筆生動流暢，一路讀來讓人爆笑連連，是一本十分平易近人的搖滾類書籍。其中，寫藍調傳奇樂手Robert Johnson的第30首歌一文，讓我也不免去查詢一下公司目前尚有供貨的Robert Johnson的CD只有這張ROBERT JOHNSON THE COMPLETE RECORDINGS (2CD) (C2K64916)。對了一下曲目發現此版本一共有41首歌，並不是作者所說的29首歌。但仔細核對曲目發現原來這41首歌其實夾雜多首相同歌曲的不同版本，所以，Robert Johnson的29首歌是應無異議的。另外，想用耳膜挑戰Lou Reed的Metal Machine Music(74465997522)的人，我們也立刻備貨當中，需要者請洽各大唱片行。

74465997522 ]]> http://blog.roodo.com/sonybmg_legacy/archives/9154455.html http://blog.roodo.com/sonybmg_legacy/archives/9154455.html INDENT Thu, 04 Jun 2009 18:53:37 +0800 Blue Horizon 1960年代藍調音樂在英國猶如90年代的Brit-Pop一般，歌手、樂團如過江之鯽，廠牌、唱片如雨後春筍。吸允藍調而茁壯成長為各派名家，如The Yardbirds這支藍調樂團竟然孕育Eric Clapton、Jeff Beck、Jimmy Page3位吉他大師。可見藍調音樂對英國搖滾影響之深。近年興起重發唱片之風，許多封存在唱片公司母帶室裡的唱片，紛紛重新混音上市，讓一些名不見經傳但深具聆聽價值的唱片重新面世。去年Sony Music將Blue Horizon這家60年代影響深遠的英國藍調廠牌重新引介給搖滾樂迷。以下是目前首批9張專輯，Chicken Shack、Christine Perfect這些60年代重要英國藍調先鋒錄音，還有Furry Lewis及Mississippi Joe Callicott兩位美國Delta Blues老A咖都是藍調迷不能不聽的老藍調至寶。


藍色地平線Blue Horizon是1960年代中期由Mike Vernon所創立的藍調音樂廠牌。產出像是Fleetwood Mac和Chicken Shack兩支大團，然大部分Blue Horizon唱片賣的並不好，但Mike Vernon將Furry Lewis及Mississippi Joe Callicott、Otis Spann 以及Champion Jack Dupree這些美國藍調藝人引進英國，算是當時的藍調先驅。1971年停止出片後正式走入歷史。
