今年是胡士托搖滾音樂節40周年紀念，李安的新電影Taking Woodstock也已經在坎城首映，相信今年夏天會有相都多的紀念活動在美國舉行。Legacy Recordings預計在7/6發行名為The Woodstock Experience的Campaign將有5張參與1969年胡士托音樂節藝人的作品，以限量包裝方式重新上市，計有Santana、Janis Joplin、Sly & The Family Stone、Jefferson Airplane以及Johnny Winter這5個搖滾大咖的專輯。

The Man In Me,曾被柯恩兄弟電影謀殺綠腳趾選為插曲,這首歌聽起來好像慢很多拍,不知道是不是錄音得時候樂手都在呼大麻,倒也很符合男主角Dude整天悠悠然凡事不急不徐的態度,如此輕鬆寫意的Bob Dylan真的是百聽不厭!

Swervedriver今年進行復出巡迴演唱會。這支1984年成軍的英國牛津樂團（跟Radiohead同鄉）總共發行過4張專輯，分別是1991年的Raise（Creation）、1993年的Mezcal Head（creation）、1995年的Ejector Seat Reservation（Creation）、1997年的99th Dream（Geffen、Zero Hour）。前3張在Creation發行的專輯將於今年10月重新發行，台灣也將於11月左右進口一批以饗樂迷。順便預告一下，英國1990年代Alternative天團My Bloody Valentine 也將於明年2月發行重新混音的新版專輯以及1張罕見單曲與B-Sode單曲合輯，這將是Creation Records廠牌慶祝創廠25周年發行計畫的一部份。關於Creation的25周年重發系列，將是2009年SONY UK的重要發行計畫，詳細內容待確定發行細節後於日後公佈。
