泰瑞莎老師來囉！



今天晚餐過後，T突然說：讓我來做紅豆甜糕給大家吃吧！

WHY？我問。

T回答：因為這是我唯一會做的CHINESE DESSERT！

噢，這樣啊。

T是個行動派的人，嘴巴才說著，手已經動起來了。於是，我也抓起相機，卡嚓卡嚓，猛拍她做點心的樣子。


專心於拍照的我，並不曉得這個紅豆甜糕的正確配方，只憑著後來的照片得知，材料大概有：橄欖油、白砂糖、雞蛋、糯米粉、甜紅豆罐頭。

嗯，幫泰瑞莎老師來個手部特寫吧。


平常，我總自認為是個嗜甜如命的人。不過，來美國生活，遇上泰瑞莎，才曉得，對甜食的熱愛，我還差遠了。

雖然我每天都得吃點甜食。然而，除了點心之外，三餐當中，我只能接受早餐是全部甜的。中餐與晚餐，一定要是鹹的，我的胃才會滿意。然而，泰瑞莎連午餐，都可以接受全部甜的。

瞧瞧泰瑞莎專心製作紅豆甜糕的模樣，是不是甜美的跟甜糕不相上下呢？

This is Sam.

You looks great and really a lovely girl with love, I can image your wedding party will be super wonderful. I really hope I can join your wedding. I will be in Manila until Oct 31st. Still working on it.

You should tell aunt, Steve is not LAO BING, I just realize he is almost same age as me and Yen-I's husband.... we are not that old....

And thanks a lot for your bring a lot fun to Celina while she stay in Saratoga.

This is YENI, I am just coming back from Kaoshiung for teaching (south of Taiwan), and tomorrow I need to go to Taichung to rehearse with a cellist...My life is always bounding with a lot of travels and I wish this will be ended soon.
It looks like you are really ready for your wedding, and we are all very excited about that, too. My husband, who you never met before, wants to send his best wishes to both of you and very hope you guys can visit us soon!!!

WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!
I just provide you a good opportunity to practice your Chinese,
As Jim Rogers said, Chinese will become another hot and main stream language of the world in 21th centry,
You should practice it more, concurrently, 小蓉can practice and strenthen the translation ability as well(although 小蓉 is good and professional enough) (^_^b)
Also, other family members and relatives no matter in Taiwan or States can read and understand my blessings directly and easily.
See……….. Isn’t it the wonderful and practical way??? (^_^b)
