	<title>改良泰式魚餅</title>
	<description><![CDATA[
			














材料: 魚漿 500g, 豬絞肉300g, 豆子約25根, 九層塔約30葉, 蛋一顆.

















調味料: 醬油2茶匙, 魚露2茶匙, 紅咖哩3~4茶匙, 糖1~2茶匙.















作法: 將豆子切小小丁(0.2cm), 九層塔切細, 再將所有材料調味料混和攪勻, 
用二支湯匙整型, 最後下油鍋炸至金黄(約2~3分鐘).


ps: 
喜歡有嚼勁, 可多加豬肉. 
不用加鹽, 紅咖哩, 魚露味道夠. 
成品沾些泰式甜辣醬最對味. 
説是改良, 因我把材料中檸檬葉換成九層塔, 若用檸檬葉, 則10葉就夠了.
