紅蘿蔔炒蛋
如何提昇紅蘿蔔素咧~~

食材:紅蘿蔔、蔥、2顆蛋
調味料:鹽、太白粉
做法:
1.將紅蘿蔔刨絲
2.將蔥切末
3.打2顆蛋後加少許鹽
4.加入少許太白粉
5.起鍋熱油(量多一點)
6.將紅蘿蔔炒香
7.將炒香的紅蘿蔔絲瀝出
8.以炒過紅蘿蔔絲的油來炒香蔥花
9.將拌有鹽的蛋液下鍋拌炒
10.將炒香的紅蘿蔔絲下鍋拌炒
11.最後淋上紅蘿蔔油即完成
