薩姜米龐仁波切對亞洲近日災難的特別修行指導!

全世界的香巴拉人,請以你們的修行和慷慨善舉,支援那些最近在緬甸和中國天災之下受苦受難的一切眾生!

香巴拉社團成員,請在日課裡一心護念災變當中的受害者。您可以為受難者做功德回向;尤其在此時,對所有這些已經死亡、或倖存的,身處於激烈恐懼、悲傷和絕望中的群眾,「自他相換」(Tonglen)的修習法更具特殊利益。

你可以在個人或共修之時,為受害者念誦《心經》。心咒部份,可視情況念七次、廿一次或一百零八次(參前文)。

薩姜米龐仁波切給我們的書信中寫道:

「在我們安逸於自己的環境中時,一場突如其來的、打擊別人的災難,我們往往在情緒上覺得抽離而漠然。在這種情況下,禪修於慈悲,是最理想的修行。有時候我們想像慈悲是一種高尚與精神性的活動,然而事實上,慈悲是當我們心有足夠的寬鬆,便能真正容納身邊周遭世界的自然反應。

佛教中最有益的禪修,即是去思惟我們擁有這珍貴的人身,是何等幸運!死亡的來臨是沒有預警的。因此當我們能夠從事慈悲和愛之時,就不應該浪費時間在無意義的心理活動上。重點是要提醒自己,此生正是一個豐富的機會,我們應明智地運用它,此意味著做一些我們的心自然渴望去做的事——推己及人地擴展慈愛與關懷。」

請為受苦的災民修行回向!

在這一個不平寧的世代,我們的心,更為最近亞洲地區的緬甸和中國,因天災而導致上萬人的死亡和流離失所而深感悲痛!根據香巴拉總領袖薩姜·米龐仁波切歷來為這一種巨大災難的指示,此時,身為佛教徒的我們,除了儘可能貢獻一己的人力和物力之外,我們更應該多多念誦心經(Heart Sutra),以心經的無盡功德,回向受苦的眾生!

具體的指導原則如下:

1. 禪修一段時間;之後,開始誦念《心經》;

2. 在誦到咒文部份 OM GATE GATE PARAGATE PARASAMGATE BODHI SVAHA (唵)揭諦揭諦波羅揭諦波羅僧揭諦菩提娑婆訶)時,重複念誦此心咒一百零八次;

3. 誦完心經全文,並做功德回向。

這是按照香巴拉總裁理查·雷奧克(Richard Reoch)今晨傳給我們中文世界香巴拉人的書信而作的翻譯。請同修依此修行回向。若薩姜米龐仁波切有更進一步的詳細指示,會將立即傳達給各位。

願一切眾生離苦得樂!

《般若波羅蜜多心經》

唐三藏法師玄奘譯

觀自在菩薩。行深般若波羅蜜多時。照見五蘊皆空。度一切苦厄。
舍利子。色不異空。空不異色。色即是空。空即是色。受想行識亦復如是。

舍利子。是諸法空相。不生不滅。不垢不淨。不增不減。
是故空中。無色。無受想行識。無眼耳鼻舌身意。無色聲香味觸法。
無眼界。乃至無意識界。無無明。亦無無明盡。乃至無老死。亦無老死盡。
無苦集滅道。無智亦無得。以無所得故。菩提薩埵。
依般若波羅蜜多故。心無罣礙。
無罣礙故。無有恐怖。遠離顛倒夢想。究竟涅槃。
三世諸佛。依般若波羅蜜多故。得阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
故知般若波羅蜜多。是大神咒。是大明咒。是無上咒。是無等等咒。
能除一切苦。真實不虛。
說般若波羅蜜多咒。即說咒曰

揭帝揭帝 般羅揭帝 般羅僧揭帝 菩提僧莎訶

THE SUTRA OF THE HEART OF TRANSCENDENT KNOWLEDGE

Thus have I heard. Once the Blessed One was dwelling in Rajagriha at Vulture Peak mountain, together with a great gathering of the sangha of monks and a great gathering of the sangha of bodhisattvas. At that time the Blessed One entered the samadhi that expresses the dharma called "profound illumination" and at the same time noble Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva mahasattva, while practicing the profound prajnaparamita, saw in this way: he saw the five skandhas to be empty of nature.

Then, through the power of the Buddha, venerable Shariputra said to noble Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva mahasattva, "How should a son or daughter of noble family train, who wishes to practice the profound prajnaparamita?"

Addressed in this way, noble Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva mahasattva, said to venerable Shariputra, "O Shariputra, a son or daughter of noble family who wishes to practice the profound prajnaparamita should see in this way: seeing the five skandhas to be empty of nature. Form is emptiness; emptiness also is form. Emptiness is no other than form; form is no other than emptiness. In the same way, feeling, perception, formation , and consciousness are emptiness. Thus, Shariputra, all dharmas are emptiness. There are no characteristics. There is no birth and no cessation. There is no impurity and no purity. There is no decrease and no increase. Therefore, Shariputra, in emptiness, there is no form, no feeling, no perception, no formation, no consciousness; no eye, no ear, no nose, no tongue, no body, no mind; no appearance, no sound, no smell, no taste, no touch, no dharmas; no eye dhatu up to no mind dhatu, no dhatu of dharmas, no mind consciousness dhatu; no ignorance, no end of ignorance up to no old age and death, no end of old age and death; no suffering, no origin of suffering, no cessation of suffering, no path, no wisdom, no attainment, and no nonattainment. Therefore, Shariputra, since the bodhisattvas have no attainment, they abide by means of prajnaparamita. Since there is no obscuration of mind, there is no fear. They transcend falsity and attain complete nirvana. All the buddhas of the three times, by means of prajnaparamita, fully awaken to unsurpassable, true, complete enlightenment. Therefore, the great mantra of prajnaparamita, the mantra of great insight, the unsurpassed mantra, the unequalled mantra, the mantra that calms all suffering, should be known as truth, since there is no deception. The prajnaparamita mantra is said in this way:

OM GATE GATE PARAGATE PARASAMGATE BODHI SVAHA

Thus, Shariputra, the bodhisattva mahasattva should train in the profound prajnaparamita."

Then the Blessed One arose from that samadhi and praised noble Avalokiteshvara, the bodhisattva mahasattva, saying, "Good, good, O son of noble family; thus it is, O son of noble family, thus it is. One should practice the profound prajnaparamita just as you have taught and all the tathagatas will rejoice."

When the Blessed One had said this, venerable Shariputra and noble Avalokitshvara, the bodhisattva mahasattva, that whole assembly and the world with its gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas rejoiced and praised the words of the Blessed One.

Lotsawa bhikshu Rinchen De translated this text into Tibetan with the Indian pandita Vimalamitra. It was edited by the great editor - lotsawas Gelo, Namkha, and others. This Tibetan text was copied from the fresco in Gegye Chemaling at the glorious Samye vihara. It has been translated into English by the Nalanda Translation Committee, with reference to several Sanskrit editions.

薩姜閉關即將圓滿


薩姜米龐仁波切預定本月廿五日結束他在尼泊爾為期五週的閉關,出關前夕,他將修格薩竹巴供養(Gesar Drupa Offering)。如您記得的,去年四月,米龐仁波切曾在尼泊爾喜馬拉雅山麓,帕平(Pharping)的瑪拉替卡山洞(Maratika Cave),進入一個非常殊勝的長壽及藥師佛的閉關;瑪拉替卡山洞是當時蓮花生大士(Padmasambhava)與其佛母曼達拉娃 (Mandarava)修行並成就無死金剛身的聖地。(詳細報導歡迎參閱:薩姜米龐仁波切為病者祈福延壽)彼時薩姜米龐仁波切亦提供了讓全體香巴拉信眾為親友祈福延壽的供養機會。

今年春,米龐仁波切在帕平蓮花生大士化現為普巴金剛(Vajrakilaya)的聖地閉關,目的是為了去除障礙、圓滿佛行事業之成辦。此一竹巴修法的殊勝處是——息、增、懷、誅的格薩儀軌,從此將在香巴拉世界中扮演起重要的角色。它是出世間法與世間日常修行之混合,此外,尚能增進一個人的生命力和生命能量。

格薩竹巴在日貢泰錫丘林(Rigon Tashi Choeling),南卡竹美仁波切新建的寺院舉行,這也是喜馬拉雅山脈唯一的一座格薩寺院。南卡竹美仁波切特意與薩姜共同修法,因為該法結合了前世米龐 (十九世紀大米龐)的格薩儀軌、與南卡竹美仁波切親自發掘的伏藏法。它必須以七天全日的緊密修法來完成。

南卡竹美仁波切會在不久的未來傳授香巴拉信眾息、增、懷、誅的格薩儀軌,薩姜米龐仁波切將傳授金剛措嘉(Dorje Tsegyal)——展放一個人生命力能量,的灌頂。細節請注意日後的香巴拉佛教新聞報導。

薩姜米龐仁波切網上開示「曼達拉原則」

香巴拉尊貴的領袖,薩姜蔣貢米龐仁波切將在五月十一日(台北時間十二日凌晨十二時),由歐洲的香巴拉中心,在網上向所有香巴拉世界的信眾開示什麼是「曼達拉(壇城)的原則」(英語,無中譯)。

拜現代科技之賜,只要你有一台連線速度較快的電腦,歡迎您屆時上網親睹並聆聽仁波切的容顏和法音。因容量的限制,只允許全球兩百台的電腦同時連線,請儘可能以小組方式參與。

報名請洽:the Shambhala Online website. 可預先測試您的周邊配備如webcam and/or microphone麥克風等等。

We are delighted to announce that the Sakyong, Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche, will address the international Shambhala community online from the Kalapa Centre in Europe, on 11 May at 6 pm (Central European time), 1 pm Atlantic time, and 9 am Pacific time. The Sakyong will speak on "Mandala Principle".

The quality of online interaction between teacher and student is greatly enhanced when the student uses a webcam and/or microphone to interact with the teacher. We will offer training and test sessions in advance of the event for those of you who plan to use this equipment for this 11 May address.

With 200 possible computer connections, registration priority will be given to centres and groups. Further details will be posted, and registration will open soon on the Shambhala Online website.

薩姜與南卡竹美仁波切紀念創巴仁波切

薩姜米龐仁波切與(其岳父)南卡竹美仁波切,日前在鄰近尼泊爾帕平(Pharping)的新伏藏寺 (Rigon Tashi Choeling),舉行了一整天之紀念持明主創巴仁波切入涅槃廿一週年的儀式。薩姜王母和其他 Ripa 家族成員和僧眾等亦參與了金剛薩埵的法會與薈供。

一般公認,邱陽創巴仁波切就有如蓮師再現於今世;他克服了諸多障礙困難,而在西方廣宏佛法。是日香巴拉僧團在薩姜的帶領下,修習「加持之雨」(Rain of Blessings,蓮師修法);在修法結束之時,天空充滿了震耳欲聾的霹靂雷鳴,並降下了一場傾盆大雨。南卡竹美仁波切指出,雷聲即是香巴拉願景/ 視見(Shambhala Vision)日益昌榮的一個吉祥徵兆。

南卡竹美仁波切顯得非常動容;他說,創巴仁波切是他的上師,他從仁波切之處接收甚多的灌頂和修法。多年以來,他自己一直殷切祈請香巴拉願景早日實現;他表示,雷雨是他的祈禱將在薩姜任內得到回應的一個吉祥徵象。

香巴拉關注西藏情勢

為回應香巴拉對西藏 - 中國緊張情勢的深切關注,香巴拉總裁理查雷奧克(President Richard Reoch)最近在印度北部敏卓林寺院附近採訪、拍攝了這部記錄西藏絕食者的短片。有意者請到以下網頁觀看,並請如薩姜米龐仁波切日前之指示,為該地區的所有人民及世界和平祝禱:

In response to the deep concern in the Shambhala community about the current crisis in China, we have posted a short film of hunger striking Tibetans in the main city near Mindrolling Monastery in Northern India. The film was shot by President Reoch immediately following the conclusion of the practices at the Mindrolling monastery for His Holiness the XIth Mindrolling Tritchen Rinpoche. He visited the protest, organized by the Tibet Solidarity Committee, and met with the hunger strikers for several hours.
