雨林聯盟認證組織藉著改變土地使用模式、商業運行模式和消費者的行為模式，達到保護土地的自然生態環境，以及依靠這塊土地生長的人民。各類公司、合作社或是土地擁有者必須接受有保存生物多樣性、提供可永續發展的營生方式之檢驗後，才能成為雨林聯盟的認證會員。

The Rainforest Alliance protects ecosystems and the people and wildlife that depend on them by transforming land-use practices, business practices and consumer behavior. Companies, cooperatives and landowners that participate in the programs meet rigorous standards that conserve biodiversity and provide sustainable livelihoods.

Utz Kapeh 

馬雅話稱之為“好咖啡”

好咖啡認證意指咖啡生產經過環境的、社會面的和經濟上的獨立審核標準後，Utz給予認可的責任咖啡標章。參與這個世界性組織的會員包括生產者、貿易商和烘培業者，由他們一同合作為咖啡的產出和追蹤生產來源機制負責。

Utz Kapeh ("good coffee" in a Maya language). Utz Kapeh certification means that the coffee production has been independently audited according to the environmental, social and economic production criteria agreed by the Utz Kapeh Code of Conduct for certified responsible coffee. Utz Kapeh is an world-wide organization whose members includes progressive coffee producers,traders and roasters working in partnership to promote responsible coffee production and sourcing.

公平貿易  Fairtrade 

公平貿易保障開發中國家農民和工人的基本權益，給予合理合適的工作環境，工作收益，以及維持在地永續性發展。藉著要求買方必須給付賣方高於市場的價格，公平貿易致力於改善傳統貿易中對最貧窮最脆弱的生產者不公平差別待遇。使他們可以改善自身溫飽，進一步追求更高品質的產出。

Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world. By requiring companies to pay above market prices, Fairtrade addresses the injustices of conventional trade, which traditionally discriminates against the poorest, weakest producers. It enables them to improve their lot and have more control over their lives.

鳥類友好Bird Friendly 

鳥類友好咖啡農場分布於中美洲上，農場環境維持像森林一般的環境，讓鳥類和其他野生動物一同生存在樹種多樣性的土地上。除了這樣的樹蔭栽種法外，這片土地不受農藥肥料的污染，百分之百有機，讓咖啡樹與自然環境和諧共存。

Bird Friendly®" coffee is coffee that comes from farms in Latin America from Mexico south to Peru that provide good, forest-like habitat for birds and other wildlife. Bird Friendly®" coffees are planted under a canopy of trees which is called shade-grown. They are also organic, meaning they're grown without the use of chemical pesticides which poison the environment.
