首次烘培，老闆採用和一般義式烘培同樣的烘培度。
濃縮咖啡試喝結果，body 醇厚，口感柔順，帶著甜甜的巧克力味，其基本品質受到肯定，是一支極有潛力的義式配方豆。

I am a coffee roaster in taipei Taiwan.I bought your espresso yelloow,and I roasted it today.It`s flavor was very good and rich,like sweet chocolate . Especially,your coffee respect the enviroment and workers,it lets me love this coffee more. I tried to roaste enviromental and responsible coffee more and to promote such coffee to Taiwan`s people.It`s a long way.
