百無聊賴之擬聲唱法

週日，護送老婆上台北，參加她們批鬥老公（或男友）的姊妹會。於是我也偷得半日閒，在耳朵極癢（累積空氣中不時飄來怨聲）的狀態下，四處晃晃。

聽說中山捷運站有地下書街，索性徒步由台北站一路走到雙連站。地下書街其實書沒想像中多，只買了一本「發現契訶夫」……大概又會擺在書架上一段時日吧！出乎意料地，很多店面不知是沒營業或是根本沒租出去，鐵捲門是拉上的。

走在兩側都是緊閉的鐵捲門長廊，忽使我想起，某一次非假日的夜裡去逛九份老街，看到整條原應明亮卻反常漆暗的狹街：深色的、鏽色的、彩繪的、一橫條一橫條整齊疊著的、默然的鐵捲門，居然心頭一緊……

離台北站越遠，人潮明顯變少。可以捷運站與台鐵交會處的停車場作為切分區……自明亮清爽的捷運站空調下，要步入此烏黑燠熱的停車場，很多人選擇回頭。

停車場裡，我看到一家不到一坪大小的修理皮鞋店面（店老闆背著裸露的單管日光燈正看著報紙），看到倒臥不知是睡還是怎麼了的流浪漢（有一女性懷裡還抱小孩？），看到雙臂自肘關節以下完全斷去的賣玉蘭花的小販，看到……

耳機裡的音樂，是出門前事先轉檔的MP3，一路上伴著我哼哼唱唱。當我很快地通過停車場回到空調冷氣包圍之下，沒來由地想起最近過世的島內爵士樂手，而我僅有的他的一張專輯，居然忘了轉檔放進隨身碟……

於雙連站走回地面，結束這段地下漫遊。到上揚唱片行逛逛，挑了兩張唱片：一是Philly兄月前報馬的「巴黎之晨」，另一是Joe Williams的「Here’s To Life」。

Here’s To Life 的 Joe Williams 加 George Shearing 版本，是我剛開始聽爵士樂時，由一張贈品合集中所發現的，我認為是絕美之作……
