這其實不是我第一次在這裡 review 商務艙的飛機餐。去年我也 review 了一次達美航空商務艙的飛機餐(詳情請連結：http://blog.roodo.com/saricie/archives/2433010.html) 。不過今年其實我也和去年一樣，是用自己的飛行里程點數來換免費票，多花一些點數，坐進商務艙。不同的是，大陸航空比達美有彈性，允許我去程換經濟艙的票，回程搭商務艙。使用哩程數則是折衷的 75,000哩 (通常北美到歐洲換免費票，經濟艙要 60,000，商務艙要 90,000)。和達美也一樣的是，這不是一般的『商務艙』，而是所謂的 『商務頭等艙』(BusinessFirst Class)。

因去程是經濟艙，食物實在太爛，我又趕飛機趕的很累，根本就懶得拍照，這裡也就不介紹了。回來的『商務頭等艙』是由比利時的布魯塞爾出發飛紐約外面的 Newark。航程不太長，大約七，八小時，剛好有兩餐，一餐正式午餐，一餐則是簡餐。其實因為時差 六小時(上機時是近午餐時間，抵達時仍是當地的午餐時間)，兩餐等於都是午餐。


上圖：要上飛機了。咦，這飛機怎麼看起來這麼小？原來是 767的飛機，而不是原來想像的 波音777。


上圖：開胃菜拼盤的三樣菜，看起來很可口，不過份量都很小。

上圖：到底有多小呢？那杯蘑菇湯的杯子其實和一般義大利濃縮咖啡杯子的大小差不多 (常常一口就可以喝完了)。右上角的加哩餃更是不到我手掌心一半大小。不過，開胃菜不用吃太多也好。

Cream of mushroom soup, a curry puff, and chicken satay. I enjoyed the 'ethnic' flavour, but all three are in very small portion. The size of the cup in the picture is like a espresso cup...


上圖：特選主廚沙拉，很高興他們葉菜用的是比較高級的 Arugula，加上的“百香果沙拉醬”，口味特別非常好吃。

Salad. I forgot the name of this type of lettuce, but it tasted good with the "passion fruit dressing".


上圖：主菜有三種選擇：牛排，烤明蝦，和義大利麵食。令我失望的是，我想點明蝦時，空姐竟跟我說沒有明蝦。因我是坐第二排，在我之前點的只有幾個，怎麼會沒有明蝦了？空姐也沒交代清楚。不愛吃牛排的我最後只有點圖中這個 pasta。雖然看起來不錯，心裡還是有些不爽。

What made me a little upset is, when I asked for "grilled prawns" as my main course of choice, they told me they didn't have it. I ended up have to settle for the pasta. Though this pasta doesn't look bad, I still feel dissatisfied.


上圖：Pasta 配白酒，其實還蠻不錯的。上面兩顆黑橄欖也很好吃，不過 Pasta雖只有兩“球”，裡面起士太多，很容易吃膩。

上圖：飯後一盤水果，幫助消化。我順便和空姐要了杯 波特(Port) 飯後甜葡萄酒。

After-meal, something healthy came along: fruit plate and I asked for a glass of port wine. Only in Business/First Class you can get this!


上圖：什麼？還沒完啊？還有草莓冰淇淋聖代，及兩個小幕斯。最後一杯餐後咖啡。很奇怪地，商務艙連咖啡都比經濟艙可口。

I didn't expect there was more. Strawberry sundae and mini desert cups. Even the coffee tasted better in Business Class!

上圖：抵達紐約前的輕食，比上一餐簡單多了。空姐一次把所有的菜放在個托盤送上來。我終於有名蝦可以吃了！可惜是冷的開胃菜，而且只有一隻‧‧‧

A pre-landing meal on the same flight. It was much simpler and every course came at once. Finally I got my grilled shrimp. However, it was in the form of cold appetizer...


上圖：主菜是起士加火腿三明治，有點像法式的 "Coq Monsieur"三明治。起士太大一片，我是很愛cheese 的我並不是很喜歡這個三明治。

上圖：再拍一張。在這次行程後，以後去歐洲不曉得還得等多少年才能有機會再坐商務艙啊！

基本上說來，沒有我去年搭達美航空由威尼斯飛紐約上商務艙的餐點好。但其實已經不錯了，空姐的服務也蠻殷勤地。可是我對主菜選擇明明就列有“烤明蝦”，空姐卻跟我說沒有感到耿耿於懷。再加上抵達前的簡餐那三明治實在不怎麼樣，拉低整體分數。
