1.this music event start from early morning until what time?

1.
Following was official web site of Gong-liau(貢寮) International Ocean Rock Festival(hohaiyan rock festival).
http://www.hohaiyan.com/
It will be held from July 10th to July 12th.
The festival programs will start from 15:00 every day, will close around 23:00.
After 23:00, everybody should leave outer beach, you can stay at inner beach and do some safe activities.

2.
You DO NOT need a ticket to get in.
You could take train to Fulong(福隆) station, and you can ask where the entrance is at the nearby 7-11 store.

3.
I did not stay any hotel there, you may search hotels near Fulong on line.
There were 2 hotels I searched, but I did not know their quality.
