<description><![CDATA[幾個月前買過維力炸醬在家拌麵，有種言過其實的感覺，口感似乎比不上泡麵裡的調味包；整罐吃完以後也沒有再添購的慾望。

最近因為外婆拿了一大包關廟麵，想再找個東西來拌，於是想起台南度小月的「帆船牌肉燥」。

第一次吃到帆船牌，是拜當時的女朋友之賜。她在台南唸書，每個月回台北一次。某次約會，她拿了一個外表樸素，有點像禮盒常見的草菇或蠑螺，上面寫著帆船牌的罐頭，告訴我這是台南名產，還附有一張中日對照的食用說明。身為窮學生的那個年代，買包營養麵條、一把青菜，挖些肉燥進電鍋蒸熱，兩餐可以就這麼打發。加上當時在永和同住的室友兼同學也很有下廚的雅興，他的蔥拌麵堪稱一絕，不輸外面的傻瓜麵。切點蔥花、加上麻油、醬油，偶爾還會有他爸爸滷的牛肉片...常常不是這樣，就是那樣，總之是些百元就可以打發一天的選項。]]>

	<description><![CDATA[And one night we drank quite loud and the neighbours came by and asked us to lower the volume...it's already been 10 years!  It's good to see your new posts again (and also the posts on the other blog :-))  By the way, just like to let you know that my wife gave birth to our son this Sunday (4/20) and I suddenly became a father...when are you going to get married though?
