點心棒

哎~先報告ㄧ件慘事...昨天不小心把車車撞傷了...
長話短說,昨天天氣很好,自告奮勇去小姑家陪她慢跑,
到了小姑家停好車想把車身調正,沒注意籬笆間的水泥柱稍微突出來些,
就刮到了,車頭角角凹ㄧ點點還落掉了ㄧ大片漆...哎~心碎!
之前在自家車庫把保險桿撞ㄇㄠ才剛修好,結果...哎~
既然發生了也只能安慰自己平安就是福囉!

回到主題,
之前ㄧ直想自己做這種Cereal Bar,在書上或各家部落格都看過類似食譜,
但不知為何就是還沒試試,直到有了這食譜...來自Nigella Express這本書,
是大姑先發現的,再推薦給小姑與婆婆,然後婆婆再抄給我的...,
感覺很簡單,試過後真的覺得不錯吃又簡單的,後來又試了幾次都蠻滿意的,
所以就貼上來囉!

做法大概是把煉乳先加熱到溫溫的(這樣就不這麼黏稠),然後把所有材料(不同種類豆穀物,有些可先切碎)通通丟進去攪拌均勻,然後倒入烤盤中(烤盤鋪上烘培紙),壓平,再放到預熱約120C的烤箱中,烤約40~60分鐘到表面金黃,放涼切塊後就完成囉!
烤盤有墊烘培紙,所以不用洗,全程大概只要洗ㄧ個鍋子就好囉!
當下午茶點心很適合,營養又健康ㄛ(熱量多少就不于置評啦!)

婆婆的小抄弄丟了,印象中用量是這樣,材料可隨意替換...
1 x 397g can condensed milk (ㄧ罐剛剛好)
250g rolled oats 
75g shredded coconut
100g dried cranberries 
125g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
125g natural unsalted peanuts (我用Mixed nuts替代)

The cereal bar looks really good.
Carsten has a bar everyday.
Maybe we can try to make it...
(with more oak...not nuts...)
