包子

哈!沒想到第一次做包子竟然成功了,真是太不可思議了!

包子外皮是依照「安琪拉的小天地」站中的「中式發酵麵團」食譜製作,
可做12個包子.

內餡是參考不同食譜自己改編:


豬絞肉.蔥花.Leek(很多人用高麗菜,可是我覺的英國的高麗菜都不好吃,干脆用Leek代替,)蒜末,薑末.鹽.糖.醬油.黑胡椒粉.麻油.
比例?憑感覺囉,以前常常放太多糖,這次很克制.

不過我沒有蒸籠,只有一個電鍋,所以12個分4次蒸,每次只能蒸3個,真是頭大,還好成功了.

PS.這是6/3的舊文.
記得那一次肉包的滋味實在太美妙了,做了12個,有4個一下子就跑到我的肚子裡了.
之後又做了好幾次,冷凍起來,常當午餐或下午的點心.
7月份回台灣時買了幾次肉包,就覺得自己做的還好啦!人在異鄉嘛!哈哈!
本來想大顯身手做給家人吃,因為我媽實在不太相信我會做包子,無奈剛好碰上台灣史
上青蔥天價,而且包子在台灣到處買的到,還是算了吧!
從台灣帶回一本食譜,都是關於中式麵食點心的.改天要來給它研究研究吧!

I admire you so much. Now, you sound like a good cooker.Remeber!!! When you come back , you must cook for us. You enjoy cook Chinese food,right! May I ask you how to cook pasta? Could you share your experience with us. Have a good time!

Thanks for leaving the message. Ha ha, I am not a good cooker, just like to play in the kitchen, but John's cooking is quite good. We like to cook for friends, hope you can come to visit us in England, be our guests.
I'll find a recipe of pasta to share with everybody when we come back from holiday. See you!!

剛剛洗碗.刷鍋子時才雄雄想到,趕快再查字典確認後上網留言給妳,
哈哈哈,我們兩個的英文是半斤八兩.
妳想用“廚師“這個字吧?
可用cook=person who cooks food,
或 chef= head cook in a hotel, restaurant, etc.

前一陣子我也有嚐試作包子,而且是地瓜包子,揉麵團時拌入蒸熟的地瓜,再包地瓜饀,成品...大致還蠻像包子的
