Exercise ECG is one way to diagnose ischaemic heart disease but the gold standard is cardiac catherization, which is more invasive and need performing in hospital. Other test includes cardiac scan (radio-isotope).

1. Hypertension
2. Diabete mellitus
3. Hyperlipidaemia
4. Smooking
5. Family history
6. Personality type A

That's great. Considering the negative risk factors and normal treadmill result, the risk for you to have ischaemic heart disease is extremely low. No need to worry about that after that investigation probably. Your previous chest pain was most likely musculoskeletal pain, neuralgia, costochrondritis et. They are all benign and short-lasting.
