It was 13:15. I phoned to the consulate. No one picked up the phone - yes, it's lunch hour. A recording was played that time, a man was speaking.

"...Our office hour is from one thirty(13:30) to 5"

Okay, it was 13:30, I rang again.
Again, no one picked up my phone. A recording was played again.
I expected that the recording should be same as the one I heard before.

This time, a lady was speaking. Oh yeah, it must be something different!

"...Our office hour is from one thirty-five(13:35) to 5"
