早上在主日崇拜聚會中，師母用古琴優美地彈奏和唱出了兩首詩歌，一首是"Love Lifted Me"，另一首是"One Thing I Ask"。期間師母分享了她在過往如何在困境中經歷到神的愛。她說在那些完全無助的困境裏，當所有的人和事都無法給予她幫助時，就只有神的愛能把她提起，讓她能夠振作起來。師母一邊彈奏著古琴，一邊動人地唱：

"Love lifted me, love lifted me. When nothing else could help, love lifted me.
Love lifted me, love lifted me. When nothing else could help, love... love lifted me."

然後師母繼續分享她的經歷，並在最後傾盡心意地唱出我們心中的呼求：

"One thing I ask, one thing I seek, that I may dwell in Your house O Lord.
All of my days, all of my life, that I may see You Lord.

One thing I ask, one thing I desire, is to see You, is to see You.

Hear me O Lord, hear me when I cry, Lord do not hide Your face from me.
You have been my strength, You have been my shield, And You will lift me up."

我深深地被師母的歌聲、琴聲和心聲所感動，因為這些同樣是我的感受和呼求。在過往那些完全無助的時刻當中，就只有神的愛能給予我安慰、鼓勵和力量。而同樣是這份愛，讓我渴慕能夠「一生一世住在耶和華的殿中，瞻仰他的榮美」(詩27:4)。

當我跌倒的時候，是祢用愛把我抱起。
當我願意的時候，是祢用愛牽引着我，讓我快跑跟隨祢。

晚上跟教會的弟兄姊妹一起參加了「基督徒音樂巡禮」，今年的主題為「全人敬拜」，我們團契的弟兄姊妹也有參與表演。

這是我們第二年參加這音樂巡禮。上次聽到朋友說到今年的音樂巡禮快將來臨時，我才驚覺原來轉眼又已經一年了。去年的片段仍歷歷在目，這晚的聚會卻又已經結朿了。

來自不同教會的表演嘉賓，在台上盡心地演出和敬拜，而我在台下則一直跟着敬拜。許多敬拜歌都十分優美動人，並且觸動了我，讓我感受到神的奇妙和美善。我認為那些能夠帶領我們去流露出對神的愛和渴慕的敬拜歌，就是很好的敬拜歌；因為神最喜悅和重視的並非歌詞和旋律，而是我們真心的敬拜。

我願能如今晚分享信息的牧師所說：「用生命去敬拜神，並且活出敬拜的人生」。

團契聚會後，我和姊妹去了喝東西和聊天。我們談了許多許多，她把最近所經歷的問題都告訴了我，後來我跟她分享了我近期最喜愛的敬拜歌"You Shine"。而在我們回家的車途中，剛巧收音機播了這首歌，讓我們可以一起聽。

在這兩個月裡，這首歌一次又一次地鼓勵了我，每次聽完後，我的心中都充滿了喜樂和信心。當我想起這位創造天地萬物、鋪張星宿的神是如何的偉大，祂的計劃是如何的充滿愛的時候，我已經無須再怕誰、無須恐懼、無須沮喪、無須放棄，因為神應許了我們：「在世上你們有苦難，但你們可以放心，我已經勝了世界。」(約16:33)
