這張「聲音日記」或「高山探險記配樂」，以挪威環境音樂家 Biosphere  2001年攀爬世界第六高峰「卓奧友」峰的經驗為腳本及田野聲音來源，曲目編排依照登山的過程，從進入西藏到最後成功登上顛峰，呈現這類挑戰的另類點滴與美景。專輯同時附有Jenssen 的文字日記，從中我們得以窺見攀極峰者所遭遇的心理障礙與心情轉變。
