With the mission of fighting poverty through trade, Traidcraft was established in 1979 as a Christian response to poverty. It has been committed in working with local producers to help them build better lives through fair trade. They also maintain a long-term relationships with producers groups. In addition to creating business opportunities, Traidcraft also provide training and support to their producers so that they can further develop. Traidcraft currently sources more than 700 products from more than 100 producer groups in almost 30 developing countries.
