Superheadz是日本把Lomo、Holga與一系列110底片玩具底片相機推向次文化流行風潮的最重要推手，2004年更進一步成立Powershovel Books與Powershovel Audio，將創意延伸至攝影集（包括日本重量級攝影大師森山大道的多本攝影集）與音樂出版，去年他們更首度將消失多年的日本傳奇135半格相機重新改裝生產，迅即引發市場熱烈迴響，及後他們決定以half的概念出發，邀請日本當地十一位"混血"少女模特兒使用這台Golden Half，在拍與被拍之間，相片呈現輕盈流動的日常寫真樣態，最後結集成「Life as a Golden Half」攝影集。

(Superheadz is the key force driving the subculture of Lomo, Holga and toy camera in Japan. In 2004, the company set up Powershovel Books to publish these amateur takes on everyday life, as well as works by renowned masters (including several volumes of the Japanese heavyweight Daido Moriyama). In 2007, Superheadz brought back the legendary, much sought after 135 half-size format camera under the name, Golden Half, and Powershovel created a promotional campaign on the theme of "half," by inviting 11 young girls of mixed race to capture their daily life and themselves on the camera. Some of their photos were later collected in Life as a Golden Half, a photography book of fantastic lightness and fluidity )


邊度有書這次將與Superheadz合作，尋找隱身在澳門小城裡的混血美少女，一旦被選上，我們將送你一台Golden Half相機，紀錄自己，紀錄這個混雜中西文化的小城，之後妳的照片將被展覽，還極有可能收錄在下一本的「Life as a Golden Half」攝影集中，讓妳的生活定格在日本各大書店呈現。

(In partnership with Superheadz, Pintolivros is calling for girls of mixed race living in Macau to take part in the campaign. Once you are selected, we will give you a Golden Half camera for you to record yourself and/or this culturally mixed little town of ours. The photos you take will be shown in an exhibition, and could even be included in the next Life as a Golden Half album, offering your life and work exposure in all the major bookstores in Japan.)
