我喜歡細河粉, 還有嫩嫩嫩的半生牛肉片~
台灣的口味做得跟在加拿大吃的不大一樣

Sorry to have to tell you this ....
The pho in bankstown is not what it used to be, I guess they changed the soup or something... or maybe they're getting slacker?? And the price has risen alittle too, around AUS$10~11.
Have you tried the 順化瀨粉in Cabramatta? It's pretty good ~~ but the serving size is huge! It's like eating from a bathtub ^^

Wow, you are really everywhere! This one I had a chance to visit maybe 2-3 years ago. Somehow there's several neighborhoods in Nangang/Neihu area with a lot of hard-working Vietnamese brides. At any rate it is all good news for us.

Also, Vincent, I think the meal balls in the soup are beef balls, although I am not 100% sure. See you in NYC soon. Little P, you wanna check out more NYC restaurants with me??

Banks town是雪梨的越南城...

牛肉丸是特別牛肉粉才有..
特別牛肉指的就是牛雜+牛肉丸
通常是牛百頁+牛丸等等..
別家店有別的名稱
火車飛機(牛生肉，牛筋，牛半肥肉，牛丸)
