端午時節雨紛紛~


這是peray家今年過節的粽子..




蔓越莓口味的冰粽~

小小顆又三兩口就解決，還蠻適合當飯後甜點

Oh my~~~~ It looks so delicious!!
I've never seen this type of 粽子 before! What's the jelly-like layer made of? What's the white stuffing?
I'm drooling all over ... In some way, this is more appealling than sushi :) I guess that's because I have a sweet-tooth ~~~

白色的部份是酸甜乳酸餡~加上蔓越莓
透明的東西是水晶皮 應該是地瓜粉以及太白粉作的~

we never have this kind of delicacy in OZ. When comes to 粽子, you have 2 choices: the squarish looking one(I'm guessing it's hong kong style) or the usual triangle one, both have soggy rice(yuk!) and tiny-tiny stuffings, I guess they're going for the minimalism, ha!

I hate to eat 粽子 in OZ...they r just not good enough~

The alternative is to have 糯米雞 in Yum cha..
It will be alot better~

too bad this Dragon Boat Festival i didnt eat any 粽子, yours like a desert, nice looking.
