對啦！第 8 張雞軟骨用了 Yagen 胸軟骨，是比較喜歡的部位 :))

這家看來真好，連炊飯都有水準、相信那 Tori Don 應不錯。

吃完的時候肚子都快爆了
後來又繼續吃甜點

這家的雞軟骨真的很好吃 是一家隱藏在紐約專門作日本人生意的小餐廳
現場吃的時候吃炊飯比TORI DON 表現好很多
他的炊飯可以真的吃到飯的甜美
雞湯是熬了一整天很和風的味道
吃完了有一股大滿足感
我現在早上還是覺得很飽
今天不吃午飯了

紐約不是被占領了..而是我本來就喜歡吃日本料理
想試試Fusion的日本菜..想吃傳統的日本菜就回台灣吃或是去日本

美國菜可能比較少..在美國頂級餐館..法國菜可能才是主流

Bravo! I can't believe you actually found this place. It is just 5 minutes from my NYC office, which is at 57th & 7th (next to Carnegie Hall). I usually go there for an early dinner before Asian markets open. They really have great food and a nice beer selection.

Please let me know how long you will be in NYC - I will be back in the Big Apple around May 21st.
