　　車位出租，真的是車位出租！因為我被我媽唸得快臭頭了，所以突發奇想，不如在ＢＬＯＧ上發表看看找不找得到人要租車位！

　　地點在台北市大安區金山南路二段靠近和平東路的地方，是師大雅砌建物附建的停車塔，機械式，只能停轎車，不能停休旅車。叫車速度約２分鐘，品質不錯，是用感應磁卡叫車，使用方法如悠遊卡，不必按一堆有的沒的。有了這個車位，您的愛車就不必再忍受風吹雨淋之苦；如果是喜歡到金山南路上ＲＯＸＹ　９９狂歡的人士（最近又新開一家，名稱怪怪的，我看不懂），您的名車（不知道是不是為了把妹，我所見的車子從雙Ｂ到ＭＧ中置引擎小跑車都有）就可以有個安穩的暫停處，不必再滿路違規停車了！

　　價格實惠，每個月４５００元。意者請留言。

　　有時候真的很羨慕美國法官在法庭上的權威，雖然有時候這種權威已經到了離譜的地步。曾經聽一個加州的公設辯護人說，當地一位刑事法官，限制檢辯雙方法發言每次以二分鐘為限，還在法台上放一個碼表，時間一到，不論講到那裡，一律都要閉嘴。這種作法未免有點誇張，那有人這樣搞的？不過據說這位法官大人在各方的抗議下，被調去初審法院管那些羈押和決定保釋金額的事情。

　　會想到這件事，並覺得很羨慕的原因，是前幾天晚上有一個白目的律師，明明開庭已經開到晚上八點多了，居然還滔滔不絕的結辯一個多小時，屢次勸阻，每每答以：還有最重要的三點...講完後又出現二點..，如果能說的有條理也罷了，可是內容卻是一再重覆，一句話要唸三次以加重語氣，實在令人難忍有如痔瘡發作般的怒氣！荒謬的程度讓公訴檢察官幾度笑場，書記官則是想笑又不敢笑出來！
　　
　　好在那天我中午沒有因為太忙而省略午餐，不然，要是在法庭上餓昏送醫，就可以上水果日報了！

本屆中華隊實力不如人，雖然是一件明顯的事實，但看到中華隊輸球，尤其是九局下半那個該穿出去的安打被攔截，心情還是非常的幹！一時覺得天氣好冷！

我是從七局開始看轉播，老實說，中華隊打得真是不錯！攻守俱佳！可惜這次沒有天大的好運站在我們這一邊，林華韋總教練在最後一個打席派出業餘球員詹智堯代打，真是神來之筆，只是這筆揮了出去，筆意已到，墨色不足，硬是被擋了下來！

於今只能懷抱一個有點虛妄的期待，希望林華韋妙筆再生，留著郭泓志，明天幹掉日本隊！！

今晨祖父病逝，享年九十七歲，是為記！

觀光客的眼光是敏銳的。瞬間的感動，常來自於異地文化的衝擊，與旅遊悠閒氣氛中，腦細胞全開後，煞那間對於週遭景物變換的心靈交流。

回到影像紀錄的本質，真正取悅的，是旅者將當下停留於視覺的衝擊，成為在日後觀賞時對旅途的追憶，它也代表了旅遊當下的心境與異地人文體驗的主觀思考。要拍一張讓自己滿意的好照片，其實不難，準確無誤的曝光，擁有基礎美學涵養的構圖與佈局，讓大自然間壯麗的日出山景，或夜色中水面的城市倒影，與異域鄉間童稚的神情…。每一個瞬間凝滯的影像，都是影像記錄者心中最美與最值得分享的題材。

感謝所有參賽者願意貢獻自己多年嘔心瀝血的影像作品進行串聯，供大家觀賞，尤其對於幾位背包客拿起畫筆手繪旅途點滴的經過感到十足的感動，因為，徒手記錄影像除了需要多幾分的耐心，對於旅者當下與環境互動的過程，尤其需要更深入的體會與觀察，才能精準的捕捉到旅途的丰采與當下四目交流的神韻。

但審美的過程，常是主觀與獨斷的。只可惜，在有限的資源下，獎項實在太少，讓人眼睛為之一亮的作品實在太多，每一位參賽者，可以說都是本次獎項的入圍者。但主辦單位最後把獎項給了這位參加的部落客，因為我們仍必須主觀的承認，可以讓影像延續其生命力的元素，除了光影色澤之外，或許是作者潛藏於影像背後對於文化的體現與哲思。期待大家有更多精彩的作品與網友分享。

　　隨著palm OS在PDA勢力的沒落，或許該說，整個PDA產品的向下沈淪。現在要買個PDA的配件，都顯得不容易多了！我的SONY UX-50，一直沒為她貼個保護貼，日久之下，果然有些小磨損，雖不致影響使用，但想想還是貼個保護貼比較保險！

　　在和平東路和羅斯福路口，群聚著四大家電量販店，有泰一電器，豐澤電器，上新聯晴，及燦坤，只差了全國電子來湊熱鬧。就在前天，我走訪四家商店，以下是我的實際經歷。

　　首先來到泰一電器，巡視一周沒有看到我要的東西，於是到櫃檯請問店員，一位小姐聞言後隨即自櫃檯內拿出二種保護貼，並很抱歉說已經沒有尺寸剛好的保護貼，可能要自行裁剪，又主動打開保護貼的包裝，取出實物讓我檢視是否合用。看完後，我說要再考慮看看，小姐也很客氣的說沒有問題，有需要再來為您服務！ ...繼續閱讀
