學校剛畢業時,總對於公司徵才時要求的"excellent communication skill"感到不安. 總覺得以一個外國人的英文怎樣也不可能有比本國人更好的"溝通技巧". 那時我對溝通技巧的定義完全不了解.

經過職場這麼多年,終於對溝通技巧的意義有了深一層的體會, 知道英文主修的美國人也可能其溝通技巧為零; 英文有腔調的印度人中國人或日本人也可以是一個溝通好手.
