	<description><![CDATA[其實我想到的是，在血管攝影室，我們為病人做肝癌的栓塞治療，病人其實都一直是醒著的。每當我們找到適切的血管，準備開始做栓塞時，卻似乎都只先請在外面等候的家屬進來解釋病情，或者問他們說「你們想用健保的還是自費的？」

我比較納悶的是，病人本身反而是我們比較慢去做解釋溝通的對象。這使我想到，會不會是「躺著的病人」這樣的一個圖像，本身就讓醫療人員直覺的認定比較不具有行為能力呢？]]>
